The WOT can process your personal data, when you use our services or when you provide them by filling in a contact form on our website. The WOT only processes data that is provided.

Why the WOT needs this information

The WOT processes your personal data for our interactions with you. This data is only available to the WOT board and the T-week committee. WOT members and T-week students possibly are informed of relevant events and activities via periodic emails. If you do not wish to recieve these, you can unsubscribe via an email.

How long does the WOT store your data

The WOT does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data was collected. Contact details may be kept to contact you in the future.

Sharing your data to third parties

The WOT only provides your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our services. The board can also share your data to third parties in order to be able to get in contact with you.

Inspecting, Modifying or Deleting data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to the board. The WOT will respond to your request as soon as possible and at least within 4 weeks.

Encrypting

The WOT takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised modification. The WOT website uses a reliable SSL Certificate to ensure that your personal data will not become available to unauthorised parties.
